52 properties sold last month, totaling $53.8M. Dollar wise, that slightly exceeds the $53.5M from June last year (although with

35 properties closed in June 2023- far below the number of transactions the past 2 years but also similar to

April 2023 once again saw far fewer sales than the same month in the past two years, but at the

February 2023 saw 28 sales across the Crested Butte and Gunnison area. While this is once again a small number,
