The Grand Lodge in Crested Butte, Colorado is conveniently located a short walk away from the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, and the transportation center. This location makes catching the free town shuttle to downtown Crested Butte an easy process for owners and guests alike. Grand Lodge condos have great rental histories thanks to their convenient location, and a handful of condos in this building also allow pets for guests as well as owners. Amenities at the Grand Lodge include an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, the Wildflower spa, and the Woodstone Grill. Other Crested Butte condos with pools can be found here. The East tower was originally built in 1993, the adjoining West tower was added in 2000, and the entire building got a facelift in 2004, when the Grand Lodge was converted from a Sheraton hotel to a condominium complex. Grand Lodge units are typically some of the least expensive condo units for sale in Crested Butte. Grand Lodge units are required to be placed in the short term rental pool when not in use by the owner, and many owners will find that rentals cover their HOA fees, and oftentimes much more than that.
