Recently, Renee went off on her own to start her company Fireweed Ferments, which produces fermented foods such as Sauerkraut and Kimchee.  Fermented foods are all the rage, since they have “good bacteria” for your gut and may help with digestion and possess other benefits.  We discuss the process of making fermented foods, the history of fermented foods, and why she has such a passion about it.
