Three Seasons Crested Butte Condominiums are located at 701 Gothic Road, Mount Crested Butte, CO 81225. This is on the main bus route for easy year round access to either the town of Crested Butte or the ski area, making these condos a popular rental. They are also close enough to the base area to walk or ride a bicycle. 
The large atriums on either side of the building are a convenient space for larger groups, which often rent multiple units at a time (Not all units are short term rentals- many are owner occupied or have long term tenants). Most of these condos are have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, though there are a handful of one bedroom units and three bedroom units. One half of the building faces Crested Butte Mountain Resort, while the other side faces Sunlight Ridge. Amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, conference room, sauna, and workout room.
