I first met Vince and Ariana in late 2020, when we were very much still in the midst of the pandemic and the Crested Butte real estate market was starting to take off. They made an offer on a ski in ski out condo, but ultimately lost out in a bidding war. We continued to search, but nothing was quite right and the search gradually evolved from something ski in ski out to something with good “toy” storage. Ultimately we were able to find a great condo with an extra large garage that offered plenty of space to securely store bikes, dirtbikes, and more- while still allowing room to park a car. Unlike the last time, we were able to aggressively negotiate since they were the only offer on the table. Congrats again!
