As Scott and Kele said, there were a lot of moving parts in this transaction. An out of state property needed to be sold for one thing, and that fell out of contract- but we were able to find a solution. On top of that, the seller wanted the closing to be somewhat delayed for his own reasons- and again, we were able to find a way that worked out for everyone. That’s one of the biggest roles a good real estate agent can play- finding solutions for problems.
