We are relatively new to the area and therefore lacked valuable knowledge regarding the purchase of real estate. In fact, on several occasions he travel down from Crested Butte to meet us at properties which we could have easily evaluated on our own. Again, his knowledge of the local area, housing market, regulations, etc. not only steered us away from several potential pitfalls but also led to a seamless closing on a great property.
