I was lucky enough to help David and Claire on multiple occasions. Originally, they purchased a condo in Mount Crested Butte, but then they became interested in retiring and building a home somewhere in the Crested Butte area. They chose an oversized lot in Larkspur, with “million dollar views” of Paradise Divide and Mount Crested Butte, and one of Larkspur’s community ponds in the backyard.
