He was very diligent as our eyes and ears in Crested Butte while we were back in Boulder. It requires a lot of trust to be able to listen to your realtor when he believes he’s found a home that is worth your while to either drive four hours to tour a listing, or to make an offer site un-seen. This is exactly the kind of trust we have in Frank. It was not possible for my husband or me to drop what we were doing to drive out to Crested Butte and tour a listing. However, we had spent some time with Frank in the beginning of our search so he really got an idea of what we were looking for.
