For the year, there were 4 more sales compared to 2024, and the median price increased by $4,000. In other words, 2025 was remarkably similar to 2024 overall. With interest rates recently falling below 6% (at least briefly), perhaps 2026 will see stronger sales than 2025 or 2024.
