His communication with me though the listing, under contract, and closing processes was excellent. He is also very hard working. For example: I was having some staging furniture shipped to my vacant property and he went above and beyond by accepting the shipment and placing it in the home for me!

It requires a lot of trust to be able to listen to your realtor when he believes he’s found a home that is worth your while to either drive four hours to tour a listing, or to make an offer site un-seen. This is exactly the kind of trust we have in Frank. It was not possible for my husband or me to drop what we were doing to drive out to Crested Butte and tour a listing. However, we had spent some time with Frank in the beginning of our search so he really got an idea of what we were looking for.
