The following information has been compiled by the Colorado Association of REALTORS and covers the mountain region which in addition to Crested Butte and Gunnison also includes towns such as Aspen, Vail, and Telluride. Comparing these statistics to my most recent market report shows that the Crested Butte and Gunnison areas are doing quite well compared to their counterparts.
