So, it should come as no surprise that a place with so many healthy people is at the top of the list for life expectancy in the United States according to Business Insider. For men, Gunnison county ranks #1, with an average life expectancy of 82 compared to the national average of 76. Gunnison County is in 4th place for women, at 84 years. It just adds up to another reason to love the lifestyle here- it’s a healthy one!
