This week, they released their Mobile App for use with your smart phone (iphone and android), iPad, or other mobile device. It’s a FREE app! It’s a great tool for your home search and I invite you to download it and use it. If you find yourself at a property that is for sale, simply activate the app and it will find your location and generate a list of properties for sale near your present location. This is a great feature whether your neighbor puts their house on the market and you are simply curious, or if your dream home you drive by every day is suddenly on the market.
The search can be refined via price, number of beds/baths, size, and other parameters. By using the map feature, you can preview properties while also reviewing the MLS description complete with photos and other information. From there, you can quickly contact me via email or phone by simply clicking a button, if you see a property you’d like to know more about. Alternatively, you can send information about a property you are previewing directly from your phone to a friend or spouse.
