The Gold Link neighborhood is located in Mount Crested Butte, CO. As the name suggests for those familiar with Crested Butte Mountain Resort, this neighborhood is adjacent to the Gold Link chairlift. Homes in this area therefore have easy ski access via the Homeowner’s trail to the chairlift, and a few of the homes in this area can even be considered true ski-in/ ski-out properties. This small subdivision contains roughly 30 homesites, of which roughly half currently have a home built on it. The twenty year old subdivision encompasses attractive high-end homes befitting the prime location. Gold Link sits on a small hill, giving homes in the area commanding views. Views from Gold Link include the amazing East Face of Gothic Mountain, the far-off peaks of the Ruby Range, Whiterock Mountain, as well as Teocalli Mountain.
Hikers and mountain bikers will enjoy the easy access to trails such as the world-famous Snodgrass trail and Crested Butte Mountain Resort trails including Lower Meander and Prospector. In addition to the easy access to the ski area, wintertime enthusiasts will enjoy backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing at the Snodgrass/ Gothic trailhead. In short, Gold Link is a great location for your Crested Butte luxury home. To learn more about buying or selling a home in Gold Link, feel free to contact me anytime.
