- Current Listings: There are currently 147 listings in the Mount Crested Butte area, of which 15 are under contract. This is down significantly from just a couple of years ago, when there were twice as many listings.
- Units Sold: Year to date, 69 units have sold.
- Days on Market: The median is 212 days, which is also down from years past.
- Median Price: The median price is $210,000, which includes several very affordable Grand Lodge properties. Price per square foot ranges from the low $100’s in complexes such as 3 Seasons and the Grand Lodge, to the mid $400’s, primarily at West Wall.
