The Stallion Park condos are one of Crested Butte’s newer condominium complexes, built in 2005-06 in the Buckhorn Ranch neighborhood. This area is a few miles South of the town of Crested Butte, near the Skyland Golf Course and the hiking, mountain biking, and other recreational opportunities of the Brush Creek area. Looking for views?- Whetstone Mountain and the backside of Crested Butte Mountain are front and center in this area.
The Buckhorn Ranch area is great for those looking for something a bit more quiet than town or up at the ski area. There is bus service at the highway intersection, and you can also nordic ski into town in the winter, or bike down the bike path in summer. HOA dues are low at Stallion Park compared to many other HOA’s. One huge benefit here are the garages- something that you don’t always find in condo complexes, especially at these prices.
