Top 3 Snowfall Point Condominium Features
The Snowfall Point condos are located at 20 Snowfall Drive, just above the northern part of the Pitchfork subdivision. This location is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is quieter than other complexes, yet the Pitchfork bus stop isn’t far away. For more information regarding bus schedules from Snowfall Point, visit The Mountain Express website. This small condo complex comprises fourteen condos spread over two buildings. Built in 1974, this is one of the earliest complexes in Mount Crested Butte, although they have held up well and remain one of the more attractive complexes on the mountain. These units feature a garage and nearly 1100 feet of living space with either two or three bedrooms. Large South facing windows not only add a lot of day-long sunlight to these units, they also provide commanding views down the valley, with peaks such as Whetstone front and center.
The location, layout, and low dues have resulted in the Snowfall Point condos being a very desirable complex, and they do are not listed for sale very often. Many of these condos are lived in year round by homeowners or long term renters- a testament to the comfortable space that typifies this complex. As of 9/20/2022, there have been two sales in the previous two years, with an average sales price of $800,000.
