The Wood Creek Condominiums in Crested Butte were renamed the Wood Creek Lodge in 2014. With this re-naming, the complex also replaced the elevator, updated the lobby area, added owner’s storage, and updated several other aspects of the building. The Wood Creek Lodge is located a short distance away from the ski area, within walking distance to the West Wall lift. Units range in size from studios to three bedroom/ three bathroom condos. The ground level hot tub has great views and is surrounded by a brilliantly green lawn in the summertime. 
Homeowner association dues include everything that most condo associations cover, plus cable TV and internet. A year-round bus stop is right outside the door, making travel to Crested Butte Mountain Resort or the town of Crested Butte an easy proposition for owners and guests alike. Views from the Wood Creek Lodge vary, depending on which side of the building the condo is located.
Another nice aspect of Wood Creek is the large parking lot, something that is in short supply at some other condo buildings.
